Banana Almond Milkshake

Okay, Seriously.. This is my new favorite thing right now!!  Who doesn't love a milkshake?  Well this one is healthy!  I found it on instagram the other day through fit_smoothies who credited oh_my_foodness (check them both out on instagram!  They have tons of wonderful and healthy recipes!)

All you need is:
     1.5 cups almonds milk
     1 banana
     2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder (I use EAS.  It's great.)
     1 tbsp. peanut butter (I use the extra crunchy natural super chunk by skippy.  Only 1.5 g of sugar per tbsp.  You can use what you like, but I love me some crunchy P.B.)


Toss it all in the blender and blend.  It makes the perfect amount to feel one full glass and is super filling.  One tip: Put the almond milk first and peanut butter 2nd, 3rd, or 4th.  This way the peanut butter actually ends up in the shake instead of stuck to the side of the blender.  Super Yummy!  Let me know what ya think in the comments below!
